About The Position
Maintains a clean, safe, and inspection-ready manufacturing facility by cleaning production, warehouse, office, restroom, cafeteria, locker room and outdoor areas in accordance with established cleaning standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous janitorial or industrial cleaning experience preferred.
- Safely operate commercial cleaning equipment.
- Lift up to 50 lbs.; stand, walk, bend and reach throughout the shift.
- Maintain excellent attendance, teamwork and safety compliance.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitation throughout the facility.
- Operate scrubbers, vacuums, mops and related equipment safely.
- Restock hygiene supplies and remove waste.
- Complete scheduled deep cleaning and special projects.
- Follow PPE, chemical handling and safety procedures.
- Report maintenance concerns promptly.
- Assist with seasonal grounds maintenance, including leaf removal, light landscaping support, exterior cleanup, and snow or ice response when applicable.
- Respond to emergency spills, post-maintenance cleanup, floor restoration, event setup and cleanup, deep cleaning, and other assigned projects.
