About The Position

Three Sixty Real Estate Solutions is hiring a temporary Facility Cleaner for two work weeks, November 2–15, 2026, at $20 per hour. The position involves cleaning apartments during turnovers, assisting with minor painting, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality while following safety protocols. This role offers an opportunity to gain experience in property maintenance while contributing to the upkeep of the apartment community. Requirements

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Thoroughly clean apartments during turnovers, including sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors; dusting surfaces; wiping countertops; cleaning appliances; sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens; and removing trash and debris.
Assist with minor painting tasks as directed by the team lead.
Complete work efficiently and to high standards of cleanliness and quality.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Promptly communicate issues or concerns to the team lead.
