About The Position
CCG is currently looking for a Facility Cleaner to join our Facilities team in our Sarasota, FL offices. This role is essential in ensuring a clean, safe, and organized work environment by performing a variety of janitorial duties across office, production, and shared spaces.
Requirements
- Ability to work on your feet, including walking, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Comfortable lifting up to 25 pounds on a regular basis.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Must be able to successfully complete pre-employment background screenings.
Nice To Haves
- At least 1 year of consecutive work experience is preferred; janitorial or building maintenance experience is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of office spaces, production areas, restrooms, and shared facilities.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors across assigned areas, daily.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and restock supplies, as needed.
- Dust office furniture, baseboards, and common surfaces.
- Clean and maintain breakroom and kitchen areas for employees use, daily.
- Remove trash from offices and shared spaces and dispose of it appropriately. daily.
- Conduct regular deep cleaning of high-traffic areas.
- Monitor and report any maintenance or safety concerns to the Facilities Manager.
