About The Position

The Senior Facility Care Manager is responsible for organizing and managing all Facility Care Department services, including in-house pressure washing, janitorial contract services, uniform administration, supply purchasing and procurement, and other non-technical services to support parking operations. This role requires strong leadership skills to drive positive changes, make sound decisions to increase productivity, maximize revenue, and control expenses. The manager will lead, direct, and develop a team of employees, assessing manpower, equipment, material, and time requirements for efficient operations. Key responsibilities include budget preparation and execution, proposal submission for services, scheduling and execution of jobs, tracking maintenance requirements, ensuring timely billing and collection, designing work plans, overseeing equipment maintenance and registration, managing fuel and repair expenses, assessing equipment needs, leading and training teams, reviewing budgets against actual performance, overseeing daily operations, maintaining awareness of industry trends, managing supply purchases and distribution, organizing uniform procurement, collaborating with upper management and clients to expand business opportunities, ensuring timely and quality service delivery, meeting financial goals, providing direct supervision and leadership, establishing performance goals for staff, and coordinating with property management for service execution.
