We’re looking for a versatile Maintenance Technician who can jump in across carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing to keep our buildings operating at their best. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 4+ years of hands-on maintenance or trades experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience across multiple trades (electrical, mechanical, carpentry)
Nice To Haves
- HVAC or Plumbing certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Service and repair heating and A/C systems (belts, filters, compressors, refrigerant recovery, etc.)
- Perform ductwork and system troubleshooting
- Run and repair electrical lines
- Replace outlets, lighting fixtures, ballasts, and conduits
- Repair/install toilets, faucets, piping, drains, and water heaters
- Maintain sewer and drainage systems
- Frame structures and build cabinets or shelving
- Repair doors, locks, hinges, and structural components
- Perform roofing, gutter, and exterior repairs
- Paint, drywall, ceilings, and acoustical tile installation
- Assist with masonry and concrete projects
- Transport and maintain tools and equipment
- Complete work orders and basic cost estimates
- Support team projects and respond to urgent repair needs
