Requirements

• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, moving equipment, and setting up event spaces
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or variable hours as needed
• 18+ yrs of age
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Facility Supervisor in the daily operations of the Sports Center
• Set up and tear down for various events and activities
• Support routine maintenance of the building and grounds to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
• Monitor facility conditions and report any issues or repairs needed
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of common areas and equipment
• Provide excellent customer service to visitors and participants
• Crowd Control
• Assist in other areas as needed
