About The Position
Parrish & Heimbecker, Limited (P&H) has an opportunity for a motivated, forward-thinking, and dedicated individual as a Facility Assistant I or II in Rathwell, Manitoba. P&H is a family-owned and managed agri-business with over 115 years of history, operating across grain merchandising, flour milling, crop input distribution, and animal feed production with over 80 locations across Canada and global trade links. Requirements
- Experience with general labour, preferably in agriculture and/or farming
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience using a forklift and other warehouse equipment
- Ability to lift heavy materials repeatedly (up to 50 lbs.)
Responsibilities
- Assisting with warehouse operations: sorting seed, stacking chemicals, transferring bulk products into totes
- Processing and loading customers’ orders
- Preparing custom application equipment
- Unloading trucks efficiently
- Ensuring proper shipping and receiving documentation before handling product
- Maintaining a safe and clean warehouse environment
