About The Position

Parrish & Heimbecker, Limited (P&H) is seeking Facility Assistants to join their team in Virden, MB. This role offers opportunities for candidates at all levels of experience, including Facility Assistant I, II, or III. P&H is a Canadian, family-owned and managed agri-business with over 115 years of history, operating across grain merchandising, flour milling, crop input distribution, and animal feed production with over 80 locations nationwide and global trade links. Requirements

• Experience with general labour, preferably in agriculture and/or farming
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift heavy materials repeatedly (up to 50 lbs.)
• Must be able to work in environments subject to dust and allergens
• Willing to work a flexible schedule in all weather conditions

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in a customer service role is a plus

Responsibilities

• Contributing to the movement of grain by loading/unloading shipments
• Collecting and testing grain samples
• Handling and delivering crop input products
• Regular facility maintenance and housekeeping
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant working environment
• Performing exceptional customer service duties
