About The Position
The Facility Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of NANI Vascular ASC North, a healthcare facility dedicated to providing high-quality vascular care. This position is responsible for overseeing daily administrative functions, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. The Facility Administrator will work closely with medical professionals to optimize patient care and enhance operational efficiency. Requirements
- Licensed as RN in State of IL
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a healthcare administrative role.
- Strong leadership and management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Financial acumen.
- Problem-solving skills.
Nice To Haves
- Previous leadership role in outpatient setting: ASC, Dialysis, EOP, OBL
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations
- Experience with electronic health records
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, billing, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with medical staff to improve patient care processes and outcomes.
