Provides advanced administrative support to the General Manager /AVP and leadership. Screens and directs incoming phone calls. Prepares, proofreads, copies and routes memos, correspondence, and reports. Maintains multiple calendars, arranges meetings, and coordinates travel arrangements. Interfaces with a large variety of internal and external people on issues which are of a complex and confidential nature. Aids the entire leadership team as needed and works special projects as assigned.
