About The Position

Creative Foam is hiring for a Facilities position on the 3rd shift. Creative Foam supplies cellular and non-cellular foam and plastic products to customers in the automotive, medical, and composite markets. The role prepares tools and the facility for daily production, maintains an orderly work environment, manages waste, and supports workplace safety. Pay is commensurate with education and experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Stable work history.
• Positive attitude.
• Excellent attendance.
• Reliable transportation.
• Completion of a drug screen and criminal background check as part of the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and/or ice blast tools for daily production.
• Prepare the facility for daily production.
• Keep the work environment clean and organized.
• Manage the waste stream.
• Promote and adhere to the organization’s safety efforts and maintain a safe working environment.
