About The Position

Eventide Prairie Commons, in Grand Island, NE is seeking a part time seasonal Facilities Worker/Groundskeeper to work PRN/as needed for the summer season. Tabitha is now Eventide. The Facilities Worker performs grounds keeping duties to maintain the desired appearance to Eventide property. This includes, but not limited to: lawn maintenance, trimming / pruning bushes, edging sidewalks, removal of weeds, removal of snow and ice from sidewalks and parking lots. Responsible for all facets of building and grounds maintenance and the preservation of Eventide’s assets. Includes, but limited, to all the daily activities necessary to maintain Eventide’s assets such as grounds work, snow removal, all minor equipment repairs and service calls, minor and major repairs to fixed and moveable physical plant equipment and other duties as assigned by manager.

Requirements

Must have education, knowledge and/or experience in maintenance, driving, and repair work.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

Performs grounds keeping duties to maintain the desired appearance to Eventide property.
