About The Position

We are hiring a Facilities & Utilities Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining and repairing all plant infrastructure and support systems that keep the facility running. This role focuses on everything outside of production equipment, including utilities, building systems, and site infrastructure. This role plays a key part in maintaining uptime, safety, and efficiency across the facility. Requirements

  • 2–4 years of maintenance experience in industrial, facilities, or building systems
  • Technical training or degree in HVAC, Mechanical Systems, Electrical, or related field
  • Experience in the following: Electrical troubleshooting, Mechanical maintenance, HVAC or facilities systems
  • Ability to read and interpret basic electrical diagrams or schematics
  • Follow all safety policies and actively support plant safety initiatives
  • Experience in maintaining accurate documentation and support quality standards across operations
  • Comply with GMP, HACCP, and KHMS standards

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with plant utilities (boilers, steam, compressed air, etc.)
  • Multi-craft maintenance experience (electrical + mechanical)
  • Familiarity with preventative maintenance systems and work orders

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and support systems including Steam Systems, HVAC/R, Chilled Water, Compressed Air, Vacuum, Electrical Power Distribution, Natural Gas, Fire Sprinkler Systems, City Water
  • Monitor system performance and respond to issues impacting plant operations
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and facility-related issues
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and equipment manuals
  • Use testing equipment (multimeter, amp meter, etc.) to identify root causes
  • Perform preventative maintenance (PMs) to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability
  • Complete work orders and document maintenance activities accurately
  • Support equipment upgrades, overhauls, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Communicate effectively across shifts to ensure continuity
  • Partner with vendors and contractors as needed
  • Maintain a safe work environment and follow all plant safety and quality standards
