The Facilities Technology Project Manager is responsible for providing strategic leadership, governance, and is the strategic owner of Facilities business systems, data, analytics, and technology initiatives responsible for making Facilities more data-driven, efficient, customer-focused, integrated, and technology-enabled. This position serves as the business owner for ARCHIBUS and related Facilities Technology platforms, ensuring systems, processes, and data support organizational goals and align with the Facilities Technology Roadmap. This role is responsible for driving technology innovation through system integrations, data analytics, business intelligence reporting, process automation, and emerging technology solutions that improve asset lifecycle management, inventory management, space utilization, operational efficiency, and decision-making capabilities. The Project Manager will collaborate across Facilities, Technology Organization (TO), Supply Chain, Finance, Security, Real Estate, and Operations to deliver scalable technology solutions and enterprise-wide process improvements. The position supports Facilities personnel by developing and implementing technology strategies that enhance operational effectiveness, improve data integrity and governance, optimize facility assets, and provide executive leaders with actionable dashboards and performance metrics to support strategic business decisions. The position also drives customer-focused technology solutions that simplify processes, improve service delivery, and create measurable value for employees, business partners, and leadership.
