About The Position

As a Facilities Technician, you'll help keep our community running smoothly by maintaining the buildings, grounds, and equipment that support daily life at Frasier. From troubleshooting maintenance issues and completing repairs to performing preventative maintenance and responding to work orders, you'll play an important role in creating a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and team members. No two days are exactly alike. You may be repairing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or carpentry systems, assisting with resident moves and community events, helping with snow and ice removal, or supporting grounds maintenance and special projects. You'll work closely with residents and colleagues across campus, providing excellent service while helping ensure our community remains a place people are proud to call home.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum two years of general maintenance experience
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to diagnose and repair household appliances and mobility devices
  • General knowledge of carpentry, painting, light electrical, and plumbing
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and maintenance best practices
  • Ability to operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Ability to read and interpret work orders, manuals, and technical documents
  • Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and work order systems

  • Senior living, healthcare, or hospitality experience preferred
