Requirements

Skilled in the use of power tools and common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches
Ability to perform equipment and machine maintenance
Knowledge of basic computer and office equipment operations
Excellent attendance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail.
Must be over 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
Perform preventative maintenance and facilities improvements
Basic repairs and maintenance of facilities systems including pipes, pumps, lights, HVAC, minor plumbing needs, minor electrical needs, and minor structural repairs
Facility cleaning and ensuring overall facility cleanliness– sweeping, mopping, garbage removal, vacuuming, etc. Adhering to strict sanitation practices throughout the facility
Submit and manage facilities maintenance tickets in computer system
