Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the Facilities Technician will be responsible for performing skilled maintenance and repair work across various trades, including fitness equipment, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and carpentry. This role is essential to ensuring the efficient operation of club facilities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience. While familiarity with fitness equipment maintenance (both strength and cardio) is preferred, it is not required. This position requires a highly collaborative team player who can contribute strategically to the team’s success. As a Facilities Technician, you will play a key role in the daily operations of the company, working closely with the Facilities Coordinator, Club Operations, and other cross-functional teams to maintain and improve facility functionality.
