The Facilities Technician is responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs for all facilities, grounds and vehicles. Here’s what the job involves: Respond to maintenance work orders and complete repairs in a timely and professional manner. Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections of facilities, grounds, and vehicles to ensure safe operations. Provide emergency maintenance support during and after regular business hours as assigned. Purchase and manage supplies and materials needed for maintenance and facility projects in a cost-effective manner. Support organizational events, donated item pick-ups, and maintain clean, safe, and OSHA-compliant work areas.
