About The Position

The Maintenance Tech supports the upkeep and functionality of Hope Church facilities through routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and weekly punch list completion. This role assists in ensuring the church campus remains clean, safe, organized, and operational for all worship experiences, events, and weekly ministry activities. Responsibilities focus primarily on hands-on maintenance tasks, facility upkeep, and completion of assigned work orders and operational checklists.

Requirements

• Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks and repairs.
• Ability to complete assigned work orders and operational checklists.
• Ability to communicate maintenance or safety concerns to leadership.
• Ability to assist with room setups and breakdowns.
• Ability to conduct regular walkthroughs and identify maintenance needs or safety concerns.
• Ability to maintain organized and safe facility equipment, storage areas, and operational spaces.

Responsibilities

• Completing weekly maintenance punch lists and assigned repair tasks throughout the church campus.
• Performing routine facility inspections, minor repairs, and general upkeep.
• Ensuring all environments remain clean, functional, and well-maintained.
• Communicating any major maintenance or safety concerns to leadership.
• Assisting with preparing church environments for weekend experiences, meetings, and events through room setups, breakdowns, and general campus readiness.
• Conducting regular walkthroughs of the campus to identify maintenance needs or potential safety concerns.
• Ensuring facility equipment, storage areas, and operational spaces remain organized and safe.
