About The Position
Diamond Foundry Inc. is seeking a Facilities Technician to support the full scope of operations in running and maintaining facility systems. The role involves working with an experienced team of technicians and collaborating with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to maintain critical support equipment in a 24/7 operational environment. This is a hands-on position focused on installing and maintaining facilities within a manufacturing setting.
Requirements
- High School diploma or possession of a GED Certificate.
- 3+ years of hands-on facilities experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic data analysis and visualization experience (Excel, PowerPoint).
Nice To Haves
- Experience in data center operations or tech manufacturing environments.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance, basic equipment repairs, and assist with corrective maintenance on mechanical/HVAC equipment (CDA compressors, DI water, process cooling water systems, process gas supply system, UPS system, exhaust and make-up air system, etc.).
- Perform daily checklists, walk-thrus, and take readings to ensure equipment is operating normally following SOPs and work instructions.
- Provide urgent and timely response to all alarming conditions in support equipment.
- Write procedures and checklists, and assist and train maintenance personnel.
