About The Position
The Facilities Technician position is responsible for the daily repairs and maintenance required at Clinica Sierra Vista Facilities.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or other equivalent experience will be considered.
- Ability to manage and communicate details promptly and accurately.
- Knowledge and understanding of the mission and role of Clinica Sierra Vista.
Nice To Haves
- Minor electrical, plumbing, painting and trouble shooting skills preferable.
Responsibilities
- Performs daily repairs and maintenance at Clinica Sierra Vista Facilities (Painting, light fixture replacement, etc.)
- Completes all Worxhub requests in a timely manner.
- Performs minor plumbing, electrical, painting, and other repairs as needed.
- Installs medical equipment as needed.
- Assist and perform CSV facilities moves as required
- Performs preventative and ADHOC facility maintenance as required.
- Ensures meeting rooms are arranged as needed with tables and chairs.
- Responds to after-hours clinic emergencies as needed.
- Consistent in-person attendance according to set schedule.
- Ensure tasks are completed using assigned CSV provided devices.
- Other duties as assigned.
