About the role Provide multi-skilled technical leadership that will maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and replace facility and operations equipment, components, and systems.

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years relevant work experience in a team-based manufacturing environment; on high-speed packaging equipment preferred.
Consistently meets and occasionally exceeds production goals in a safe manner that emphasizes quality to our customers.
Strong facilities maintenance background desired; Welding and Machining is a plus.
Application and facilitation of continuous improvement tools (e.g., TPM, 5S, FMEA).
Minimum 5+ years relevant work experience in a team-based manufacturing environment; on high-speed packaging equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with Maintenance Team Resource Manager (TRM) to lead the maintenance repair on assigned lines.
Monitor maintenance response time and initiate improvement plans when necessary.
Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to internal teams.
Ensure compliance with established standards and procedures (e.g., safety, quality, sanitation, good manufacturing policies, lean manufacturing, and other plant programs).
Communicate, interact, and follow up with co-workers to build and maintain positive employee partnerships.
Determine root cause of equipment failure and implement improvement plans.
Determine the best way to accomplish maintenance tasks while limiting disruption to production.
Standardizing/Center lining for packaging line equipment.
