About The Position

As part of the Maintenance team, you'll help create and maintain a safe and productive environment that ensure the successes that our employees and customers have grown to expect. You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities: MUST obey all safety rules and procedures including LOTO, PPE requirements, and fall protection. Commitment to working other shifts or extended hours if needed, willing to answer after-hour calls, and help establish a world class maintenance team. Troubleshoot and repair facilities equipment in the distribution center. Understand and comply with proper use of PIT equipment, lifts, ladders, power and hand tools, and other required tools and equipment. Provides support for all departments in the distribution center to maintain productivity.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience working in general construction, warehouse maintenance, or other related
Good judgement, detail orientation, and independent decision-making skills
Good communication and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

Experience with CMMS Systems and general computer skills using Word, Excel, and Teams/Email

Responsibilities

Oracle Workorder Management – CM & PM
Grounds and General Building Upkeep
Dock Door, Levelers, Seals, and Bumper Maintenance
Painting/Sheetrock Repair
Installing Signage/Labels/Decals
Maintain Water/Air/Gas Systems
Maintain Battery Changing Equipment, Chargers, and Batteries
Operating Floor Scrubber and Misc Other Equipment
General Construction/Assembly
Basic Electrical Installation, Repair, and Maintenance – Low Voltage Systems – including Fire Suppression Systems
Perform Rack Installation, Repair, and Demo
Assist in repair of Conveyance, Sortation, and MHE Systems
Escort, Monitor, Aid Contractors
Maintain Accurate Parts Inventory
Run Errands as Needed
Other Related Duties as Assigned
