About The Position
General labor job associated with facility sanitation duties and work with Maintenance staff.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products
- One to three years of janitorial experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to follow basic verbal and written instructions
- Ability to read and follow label instructions on cleaning supplies
- Ability to work independently
- Good communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Nice To Haves
- Occasional travel between facilities and customer sites as needed.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning walls, floors, equipment, or any other areas of the facility.
- Restocking cleaning supplies and maintaining janitor closets in a clean, organized, and safe manner.
- Disposing of waste, managing coolant supplies and waste system.
- Sanitation of facilities, and equipment maintenance of lighting, and other related areas of the facilities and ground duties.
- Assisting maintenance mechanics with maintenance of equipment.
- Accountable for clean and safe working environment.
