Requirements

1 year of related work experience.
Experience using hand and electric tools.
Positive attitude with a service-oriented approach to supporting employees and company needs.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Able to read, understand and follow checklists and directions.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
Must possess a valid driver's license and have a reliable vehicle to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

Perform general repairs and housekeeping projects at the Farmhouse and Tomball offices.
Assist with special projects and company events as directed.
Respond to facility-related requests and inquiries from employees.
Perform cleaning tasks such as responding to spills and disposing of trash, ensuring all areas are tidy and functional.
Take pride in the physical appearance, facilities and grounds of the properties.
Ensure proper functioning and upkeep of the property through regular maintenance tasks.
Repair and maintain miscellaneous company-supplied equipment, materials, and tools.
Reconfigure, install, position, and build office and garden equipment.
Comply with Company policies and procedures.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Pay rate starting at $17 per hour.
