About The Position

The Facilities Supervisor will provide leadership and strategic direction for facility maintenance efforts, enhancing asset utilization and uptime through the implementation of professional maintenance and reliability improvement processes. This role involves developing preventive and predictive maintenance programs that include failure and root cause analysis, ensuring compliance with all maintenance company policies and procedures while prioritizing safety in accordance with OSHA regulations and best practices. The supervisor will manage third-party contractors and oversee the company contractor management program to maintain operational efficiency. Responsibilities include maintaining all equipment, buildings, and grounds to meet company standards, including landscaping, fire safety systems, HVAC, and critical process equipment. The role also requires providing responsive and proactive maintenance support to all facility customers, ensuring timely completion of service calls and machinery repairs. Additionally, the Facilities Supervisor will support facility budgeting and capital projects while championing initiatives that reduce utility consumption and drive continuous improvement through breakdown analysis. This position requires up to 10% travel and may involve other duties as assigned.
