About The Position

The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and repair of the buildings, grounds, and associated equipment and structures. They work with the management team to oversee maintenance staff, contractors and vendors.

Requirements

• Three (3) years' experience in leading or supervising facility maintenance staff
• Requires Grade 2 Stationary Engineer license.
• You will be exposed to an alcohol and smoking environment and must be able to work in such environment.
• Must have the ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by Louisiana Gaming Control Board or any other applicable regulatory entity as may be required to perform assigned duties, or as required by Live's operating standards.
• Adherence to deadlines in an interruptive environment.
• Broad variety of tasks and deadlines requiring an irregular work schedule.
• Ability to effectively manage people, processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for scheduling and coordinating preventative maintenance and regulatory inspections
• Coaches maintenance staff to develop skills for team member development.
• Operates the central utility plant which includes duel-fuel boilers, centrifugal chillers, medium voltage switchgear and diesel generators.
• Coordinates small projects scheduling with other departments and vendors as needed.
• Regularly performs inspections to identify areas of need and addresses them with team members.
• Track material and parts stock
• Other duties as assigned.
