About The Position
Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance related to all SCH buildings/facilities. To routinely perform daily housekeeping and cleaning functions in an assigned work area. Maintains the interior and exterior of the facilities all year long. Provide courier services between locations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Three years’ maintenance experience required.
Nice To Haves
- Advanced trade certifications in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical preferred or equivalent combination of experience and training.
