About The Position
The Facilities Sr. Space Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and updating the university’s space inventory database. This includes ensuring accuracy of room numbers, square footage, space uses, departmental assignments, and other related attributes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Library/Information Science, Architecture, Engineering, Information Systems, Facilities Management or related field with 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with AutoCAD.
- Experience with ESRI GIS software.
- Knowledge of design and construction practices.
- Master’s Degree in Library/Information Science, Architecture, Engineering, Information Systems, Facilities Management, or related field with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with AutoCAD.
