About The Position

At the direction of the Sr. Manager of Plant and Facilities, the Facilities Specialist will support all corporate facilities and its equipment, including HVAC, CD Air and test gas compressors, basic electrical work, high pressure plumbing, basic plumbing, and basic construction. This role also involves performing special projects to support the Corporation's growth and expansion. The specialist will deploy to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment and issues across all corporate facilities. They will make assessments to determine the appropriate course of action for service and repairs, including engaging outside contractors if necessary, and handle emergency service and repair issues after proper evaluations.

Requirements

Skilled in assessing industrial grade plumbing issues for potable water, cooling water and wastewater.
Skilled in troubleshooting Industrial grade plumbing for high purity gases at ultra-high pressure.
Skilled in advanced level troubleshooting and diagnosis of commercial/industrial HVAC systems to make service and/or repair recommendations.
Learn to help diagnose problems with CNC Machines.
Skilled in industrial high voltage electrical work, and troubleshooting, diagnosis, and Installation of electrical services.
5+ years’ experience in the field of facilities support.
Strong knowledge in hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic control systems and components.
Meet the US persons criteria.

Responsibilities

Support all corporate facilities and its equipment including, HVAC, CD Air and test gas compressors, basic electrical work, high pressure plumbing, basic plumbing, basic construction.
Perform special projects in support of growth and expansion for the Corporation.
Deploy to troubleshoot and or diagnose and repair equipment and issues in all facilities throughout the corporation.
Make assessments that may be used to determine the course of action for service and repairs from outside contractors if needed.
Handle emergency service and repair issues following appropriate evaluations.
