Requirements

Proven experience as a Repair Technician or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance and repair techniques.
Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments
Familiarity with electrical systems, including industrial electrician skills.
Experience with troubleshooting electrical circuits.
Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Proficiency using EDA tools to read schematics for PCBA troubleshooting/repair
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong experience in electronic instrumentation and testing tools.
Strong experience in defining validation and test planning documents.

Responsibilities

Perform repairs and maintenance on metal fabricating machines. Press brake, laser cutter, waterjet, Pemsetter, tube polishers.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment to determine necessary repairs
Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate repairs and adjustments.
Fabricate and modify parts as needed to complete repairs.
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and diagrams to guide repair work.
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Install and use various test tools, including command line tools and internally created tools, to support testing of prototypes and some production lines.
Other Duties as Assigned
Assist the organization with establishing practices that align with ISO requirements.
