As a Facilities Services Coordinator at JLL, you will coordinate departmental needs regarding office space, moves, furniture, equipment, and telecommunications while managing multiple planned and unexpected renovation projects. This role requires you to provide direct support for small to medium-scale move projects, space planning, and vendor coordination while serving as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external service providers. Your day-to-day will involve coordinating and managing small to medium-scale move projects from initiation to completion, developing basic space plans and conducting walk-throughs with vendors and staff to determine project scope, processing Moves/Adds/Changes (MAC) requests and coordinating employee workspace modifications, managing work orders and tracking maintenance activities to completion using CMMS systems, coordinating with internal and external vendors to deliver multi-disciplinary services including emergency response, parking, security access, conferencing, signage, and office equipment, processing vendor invoices and approving billings within established guidelines, and providing facility reports to various organizational groups as requested.
