Facilities Management at the University of Virginia is looking for a Facilities Services Coordinator to help support the University's broader goals and initiatives by acting as a data steward within FM's specialized work order management system, ensuring accurate, timely records that keep facilities services running smoothly across Grounds. Facilities Management (FM) enables UVA's mission of instruction, research, patient care, and public service by caring for a portfolio of buildings, grounds, infrastructure, and utilities of nearly 20 million gross square feet. The Customer Support Center (CSC) responsibilities include data operations within key business systems, data quality assurance, data analysis to identify and resolve stalled work orders, and execution of business processes such as credit card and purchase order procurement. This position coordinates data operations activities involving complex records, reporting requirements, and data maintenance processes within FM's specialized integrated workplace management system (IWMS/AiM). The Facilities Services Coordinator resolves work order-related data issues, identifies data quality concerns, and serves as a resource regarding work order data collection, validation, and record maintenance practices across a large, complex facilities portfolio.
