Facilities Seasonal Groundskeeper - Temporary Full Time

The Facilities Seasonal Groundskeeper provides grounds maintenance services for Sight & Sound properties, maintains equipment, and assists with general building maintenance. This role is available between April 2026 - October 2026.
Requirements
- Knowledge of general groundskeeping duties and equipment.
- Ability and willingness to do outdoor manual labor.
- Employee must have a valid driver’s license and meet authorization standards to drive motorized vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Provide grounds maintenance to include: mowing and grooming of lawns, trimming, weeding, planting of beds, landscape areas, foliage, ponds, basins, water features, exterior plumbing, exterior insect control, minor excavation, trash clean up, irrigation system and equipment.
- Assist in building and vehicle maintenance, as well as department operation equipment.
- Help to create and keep an orderly and clean work environment to include all grounds and facility working areas.
