The Facilities Representative is responsible for maintaining building maintenance and services, repair/replacement of dealership equipment to ensure maximum production of the dealership. Requirements

High School graduate.
Previous maintenance experience.
Strong ability for on the job training.
Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Nice To Haves

Associates degree or equivalent; and three to five year's related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Automotive dealership facility experience.
General Construction background desired.
Electrical and electronic principles.
Blueprint and electrical schematic reading.
Must be certified in both Electrical and HVAC repair
Certification of taking a 20 Hour OSHA class
Fork Lift certification
Aerial Lift Certification

Responsibilities

Maintaining building maintenance and services
Repair/replacement of dealership equipment to ensure maximum production of the dealership
Ensure our world class facility is maintained in accordance with PAG standards.
Provide an unparalleled level of quality and attention to detail when performing routine grounds and building maintenance.
Perform duties in a timely, courteous, professional manner that reflects the dealership and PAG values.
