Sr. Facilities Representative Clear Brook, VA — Evening Shift Monday - Friday (2:00 PM–10:30 PM) Keep our distribution facility running smoothly by owning building systems, responding to service needs, and supporting teams across operations, IT, HR, and security. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on problem‑solving and wants a position where their work truly matters.

Requirements

Must have a minimum of 3+ years in facilities or building operations
Knowledge of building systems and CMMS tools
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

Degree in Facilities/Business
FMP/CFM certification
experience in large facilities

Responsibilities

Coordinate preventative maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and equipment
Respond to service requests and perform minor repairs
Manage vendors and ensure quality work
Conduct safety inspections and support audits
Assist with space planning, moves, and furniture setup
Maintain logs, inventory, and reports
Partner with internal teams to keep operations running
