Requirements
- 3+ years of related maintenance experience.
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills (relay logic, microprocessor controls, power feeders, transformers, generators, PLCs).
- 2+ years in mechanical/HVAC or electrical work.
- Ability to problem-solve during regular and on‑call hours.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends/holidays.
Nice To Haves
- NEC knowledge, light electrical construction.
- Experience with Windows XP/7 and work order systems.
- Understanding of LOTO and OSHA.
- Leadership and communication skills.
- Technical degree or trade certification.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair electronic and mechanical systems (conveyors, A-Frames, printers, compressors, strappers, automated equipment).
- Troubleshoot electrical issues to reduce downtime.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics.
- Support all facility maintenance functions and learn new systems.
- Train team members and work with vendors/contractors.
