Requirements

  • Must possess and maintain a valid New York State driver’s license and be eligible to drive bank vehicles.
  • In depth knowledge of all general maintenance tasks including property maintenance tasks.
  • Ability to operate various types of power equipment such as snowplows, snow blowers, saws, drills, skid steer vehicles, lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, etc.
  • Ability to handle all aspects of janitorial repair services.
  • Ability to work at various heights on roof or ladder.
  • Capability of lifting a minimum of 100 pounds.
  • Basic plumbing skills.
  • Basic carpentry skills.
  • Basic painting skills.
  • Basic mechanical and vehicle repair skills.
  • Ability to work various flexible working hours to accommodate special projects and events.
  • Capability of performing manual labor such as sweeping, shoveling, raking, etc.

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of Windows and/or PC applications a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Complete daily maintenance tasks including but not limited to janitorial services, snow removal, courier runs, light construction projects, ground maintenance, supply delivery, working with outside contractors and performing various security procedures for the Kingston location as well as diagnosing and repairing various HVAC systems.
  • Do carpentry, residential, and commercial plumbing as needed.
  • Assist in moving equipment and furniture as needed.
  • Perform painting as required.
  • Perform janitorial services as needed.
  • Perform lawn maintenance, snow removal, and exterior repairs as needed.
  • Set up, tear down, and support various bank activities and meetings both during normal hours and during weekends and evening.
  • All other duties as assigned by management.
