The Facilities, Access, and Physical Security Manager will manage daily facility readiness, including access control systems and employee badge issuance. They will conduct routine property assessments to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness, and coordinate core facility services such as janitorial work, landscaping, snow removal, and water systems. This role will also address minor facility issues promptly to maintain a productive work environment. In Procurement and Purchasing Support, the manager will reconcile purchase orders and invoices, identify and correct discrepancies, collaborate with internal teams to source materials and equipment, negotiate pricing, and manage orders with specialized suppliers. For Delivery and Equipment Coordination, they will prepare facilities for complex equipment delivery and installation, coordinate the relocation of existing instruments, and act as the primary liaison between vendors, building services, and internal teams. In Compliance, Risk Management, and Audits, the manager will maintain local business licenses, support inspections, track maintenance activities, and support compliance initiatives. For Vendor Relations and Stakeholder Support, they will serve as the primary contact for landlords, manage service contracts, collaborate with operational and sales teams, and deliver internal training. Administrative tasks include invoice reconciliations, procurement close-outs, ensuring timely resolution of service tickets, and maintaining clear records.
