Manages facilities improvement projects for various departments including new construction, renovations, repairs, and preventative maintenance of building systems of City-owned facilities. Project delivery methods will include bid-build, design-build, construction manager at risk (CMAR), formal and informal bidding processes. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Engineering and Facilities Director.
