As the Facilities Project Manager, you will act as an Owners Representative for Foley in the Project Management process to execute capital projects related to our assets and facilities. What You Will Do in This Role: Lead high-impact facilities capital projects from planning through execution Own scope, schedule, and budget while prioritizing safety and quality Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal partners Act as a subject matter expert—challenge ideas and drive smarter solutions Manage capital funding requests, approvals, and project spending Track and report key project metrics (timelines, budgets, performance) Lead vendor and contractor selection while building strong partnerships Ensure quality and incorporate internal customer feedback Partner with leadership to shape standards, processes, and long-term strategy Build strong relationships across the organization Respond to urgent facilities needs and support critical operations. Travel regularly to support projects and operations across all company locations.
