About The Position

This Project Manager owns the end‑to‑end delivery of infrastructure projects supporting hyperscale data centers and In‑Line Amplifier (ILA) facilities, acting on the owner/operator side. The role leads daily coordination of mechanical, electrical, and cooling systems, ensuring facilities are built, commissioned, and turned over with full operational readiness. The PM partners with engineering firms, construction teams, HVAC vendors, and commissioning agents to deliver projects on schedule while meeting stringent technical and uptime requirements. A strong focus is placed on cooling system performance, commissioning, and readiness to support high‑density equipment in mission‑critical environments serving customers such as Meta, Microsoft, Google, and Oracle.

Requirements

Owner‑side Project Manager experience delivering data center, hyperscaler, or ILA facilities
Hands‑on management of MEP systems, with emphasis on HVAC and cooling
Experience supporting carrier‑grade or mission‑critical infrastructure
Leading vendors through construction → commissioning → turnover
Reads and manages MEP drawings, submittals, RFIs, and schedules
Deep understanding of data center cooling systems (chilled water, DX, CRAH/CRAC, containment)
Familiar with rack & stack coordination and impacts on power/cooling
Strong commissioning literacy (FAT/SAT, IST, functional testing, turnover docs)
Calm under pressure in always‑on environments
Clear communicator with engineers, contractors, and internal ops teams
Proactive issue escalation and risk mitigation
Schedule‑driven with ownership mindset
