Facilities Project Manager
About The Position
The Project Manager is responsible for the end‑to‑end execution of infrastructure projects supporting hyperscale data centers and ILA facilities, working on the owner side to deliver critical mechanical, electrical, and cooling systems. This role manages day‑to-day coordination of HVAC/cooling, power, and facility build‑out across data center and ILA environments that support hyperscaler customers such as Meta, Microsoft, Google, and Oracle. The PM partners closely with engineering firms, construction and HVAC vendors, commissioning agents, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, meet technical requirements, and are fully operational at turnover. A strong focus is placed on cooling system performance, commissioning, and operational readiness to support high‑density equipment and continuous uptime in hyperscale and telecom colocation environments.

- Strong ability to read and manage MEP designs, submittals, and commissioning activities for HVAC and cooling systems.
- Proven owner‑side PM experience coordinating vendors, engineers, and commissioning teams through construction and operational turnover.
