About The Position

As part of JLL’s Facility Project Management team, this role is responsible for managing small- to mid-scale capital and infrastructure replacement projects across multiple locations. The position oversees projects from initial planning and budgeting through execution, financial closeout, and turnover while ensuring alignment with client expectations, safety standards, operational goals, and JLL processes. This role requires close collaboration with contractors, vendors, property management teams, operating engineers, and client stakeholders to deliver projects efficiently, on budget, and in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Facility Management, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience managing project scope development, budgeting, scheduling, and contract/vendor negotiations.
  • Strong knowledge of facility operating systems and infrastructure projects.
  • Proven ability to manage project financials, including forecasting, budgeting, and closeout activities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working within commercial real estate, facilities operations, or integrated facilities management environments.
  • Familiarity with capital project delivery processes and small-scale infrastructure replacement projects.
  • Knowledge of safety practices, local building codes, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience using project management systems, dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, mobile, and multi-site environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with executive-level stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple facility and infrastructure projects through planning, approval, construction, turnover, and closeout phases.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams including contractors, vendors, property management, engineering, client real estate, security, and technology teams.
  • Develop project scopes, review vendor proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage project budgets and financial reporting.
  • Track project schedules, cash flow forecasts, and capital expenditures to ensure delivery against operational and financial commitments.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, local regulations, company policies, and JLL operational procedures.
  • Provide routine project updates using JLL technology platforms and reporting tools while maintaining accurate project documentation.
  • Collaborate with regional teams and clients to support operational excellence, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
