About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Facilities Project Management Intern to join our team in New Hampshire. This internship offers hands-on experience supporting construction projects from start to finish, building foundational knowledge in project management, finance, safety, and coordination. You'll work closely with experienced project managers, gaining valuable insights into the construction and facilities management industries.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (entering Junior year)
Major in Project Management, Construction Management, Facilities Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
Strong interest in construction or facilities management.
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).

Nice To Haves

OSHA 10/30 certification
Experience with Procore or other PMIS software
Familiarity with BIM and MEP coordination
Experience with RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and project closeout.

Responsibilities

Assist with project coordination, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Maintain project documentation, prepare reports, and analyze data.
Support communication between project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
Participate in site inspections and quality assurance activities.
Contribute to problem-solving during project meetings.
Assist with other duties as assigned.
