As part of the Energy, Resilience and Sustainability (ERS) Division, you will collaborate with experts to provide comprehensive policy, planning, and implementation services that deliver solutions addressing critical infrastructure resilience and security issues while supporting the military mission and reducing environmental impacts. The ERS Division is seeking a qualified and proactive Engineering Manager to provide strategic technical leadership and enterprise-level oversight for Marine Corps Installations Command (MCICOM) Facilities Program. The successful candidate will lead an engineering and analysis team that supports HQ MCICOM with managing a capital investments portfolio. This role will provide senior technical direction for multi‑discipline, UFC‑compliant engineering and design reviews; guide DD 1391 and SAES/RFP development; and manage capital investment and execution tracking for MILCON, UMMC, FSRM, and demolition portfolios. This role integrates closely with program control, asset management, GIS, environmental, and installation field personnel to support HQ MCICOM and subordinate commands.
