About The Position

Pathnostics is a leading precision diagnostic testing and development company providing solutions for Infectious Disease and Cancer diagnostics. We are expanding to a new location in Lake Mary, FL, and are seeking a Facilities Porter to join our team. This role involves routine maintenance, light housekeeping, stocking, inventory support, and assisting the Support Services department.

Requirements

At least 2+ years of experience in a maintenance, custodial, or general facility support role.
Ability to bend at the waist and knee, lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Familiarity with routine repairs (patch/paint/install/troubleshoot and diagnose moderate facility issues).
Ability to use a barcode/handheld scanner and send/respond to emails.
Valid Driver's License and good driving record.
Ability to drive personal vehicle for work on occasion.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and light handyman services.
Conduct light housekeeping, including dry mopping, assisting with spill cleanups, and trash/recycling removal.
Stock breakroom supplies such as plates, flatware, coffee, and creamer.
Load and unload supplies from trucks, verify packing slips, open boxes, and scan items.
Perform backup inventory duties, including cycle counts as needed.
Drive for errands, picking up supplies, or food for company events.
Assist the Support Services department by coordinating work with contractors and skilled trades, and performing simple to moderate repairs in-house.
Track facilities service requests, troubleshoot AC, electrical, and plumbing issues, and ensure requests to the landlord and/or contractors are completed within established timelines and quality standards.
Maintain a safe and effective working environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
