The Facilities Policy Procedures Manager is responsible for creating, maintaining, updating, and retiring procedures within the CMMS. This role involves developing and maintaining consistent, well-constructed maintenance procedures and support documents that comply with relevant codes and regulations. The manager will create supplemental flow diagrams and pictorial documents to clarify maintenance procedures, implement Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) strategies to extend asset life and minimize service interruptions, and align maintenance and regulatory procedures across the enterprise for consistency. Additionally, the role requires regular review of maintenance data to ensure accurate procedures and schedules are assigned to assets, close collaboration with the Enterprise Regulatory team, and effective communication with other enterprise departments and divisions. The manager will also oversee special projects as directed by Facilities leadership.
