About The Position

The Facilities team plays a critical role in supporting TransUnion’s U.S. office operations by ensuring a safe, efficient, and well maintained workplace for associates. The team is responsible for day to day facilities operations across U.S. locations and partners closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and building management to maintain office standards and continuity of operations. This role reports directly to the Senior Lead of the Facilities Planning division. This job is assigned as On-Site Essential and requires in- person work at an assigned TU office location as a condition of employment.

Requirements

  • Experience in vendor management, including landlord, security, AV vendors.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Building or Property Management exposure.
  • Must be able to push, pull or drag up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

  • Coupa (AP) experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • More than 2 years of experience in facilities management, including office maintenance coordination, vendor oversight, space planning support, and safety compliance, with additional administrative responsibilities as needed.
  • Ability to support reception for an active office location.
  • Office event support; catering and coordination.
  • Onsite support 5 days a week as an essential team member.
  • Support for safety and crisis management.
