About The Position
The Facility Manager Assistant will assist with support functions of our integrated workplace management system Planon.
Requirements
- Must have strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft
- As an individual who is responsible for driving on behalf of the university, a driving record check will be run pursuant to university policies.
- The individual will be required to sign an authorization to run a criminal history background and driving record check.
Nice To Haves
- Work experience/academic background in Facility Management is preferred
Responsibilities
- Set-up of HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing system assets
- Creation of preventative maintenance schedule for assets
- Update/create user training guides for both Campus and Physical Plant dealing with the various modules of Planon
